Hotel Alexandra - Copenhagen

Everything was great, fab location not far from the city centre as well as many restaurants in the area, very welcoming staff.

The room is uniquely decorated, with very comfy bed and magnificent view. It has a combination of a personalized service and a quiet ambience.

Free wireless internet access. Very good breakfast. Good location - easy to get to the railway station and the city's sights on foot.

Had to ask for an extra towel - there weren't enough for the two of us.

The standard room is outstanding and comfy.

Good service in the Lobby and very good beds in the room and comfort chairs.

Only one computer in the lobby better to have few more.

I can't recommend this hotel enough for its amazing proximity to Tivoli Gardens, just a short walk away, and the beautiful King's Garden which is ideal for a leisurely afternoon stroll. The Danish design style of my room, giving me a cozy and stylish retreat after a day of exploring the city.

Convient location to City and Airport

The authentic mid-century Danish furniture is lovely. This hotel is for those with an interest in Danish design and the staff are knowledgeable. The location is close to the main shopping streets and the train station - which is both good and not s good.

The location of the hotel is in a rather noisy and scruffy part of town. It does get noisy at night because my room was facing the main avenue.

The location is excellent, a short walk to the train station and Tivoli, and very close to the Town Hall and Stroget street for shopping. My sister enjoyed the furniture.

We got a very large room but my sister and her family got a tiny room, and we all paid the same rate. I don't think that's fair. Housekeeping was not great either. Would not recommend this hotel, I think it is overpriced.

Comfortable room, helpful staff, with a good breakfast served at the table with bread and coffee/tea to start the day, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring, especially since it's a short 10 km from the airport.

No issues

It has a perfect location. Everything was ready by the time I arrived to the hotel. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and solicit.The multimedia tv works very well.

The rooms to the street only have one set of curtains (block-outs), so either you are exposed to the street or with closed curtains and the lights on. The room doors are too close to each other and you hear pretty much everything that happens outside your room.

The location is fantastic. Five minutes to Tivoli, Stroget, the train station. An easy 15-20 minute walk to Nyhaven. The staff recommended several wonderful restaurants for dinner that were within easy walking distance of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a fan and footbath salts tucked away in the closet. There was even a cute little note under the bed that says "Yes, we do clean under here, too". I'd stay there again.

Charming Stay with Unique Scandinavian Decor

Enjoyed a lovely weekend getaway in a well-appointed room with distinctive design touches. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home. Don't miss the good breakfast at the adjacent café-it's a fantastic way to start your day!

This was a lovely hotel close to the main train station. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good, we would eat there again. Overall a lovely experience.

Beautifully furnished in retro Danish style. Everything about the hotel is calm, helpful and tasteful.
